GATE ACCESS:  ​

•  Gate access hours are guided by Daylight savings time changes. Please plan your trips during Gate Access hours.  Gates remain secured at night. Please call to confirm if unsure.

               7 am - 7 pm  SPRING/SUMMER. 

               7 am - 5 pm  Fall/WINTER.  ​​​​​

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE & SECURITY:   ​

• We will have 24-hour 4K Video Surveillance with night vision for your protection. 

• We keep a Photo ID of each storage tenant on record.

• Each day, the facility is physically patrolled with locks being visually checked to be secure.

• Each tenant must supply their own lock and key. ​​

LIGHTING:​

• Our facility has HIGH-Output LED Security Lights that come on automatically at dusk.

• Individual units do not have lights or electricity available.​

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION:

• Wood Construction - Composition Roof - Concrete Floors - Sheetrocked Walls -  8 ft Ceilings - Metal Doors​​​

TERMS:

• We rent month to month, with a pre-approved rental contract. No long-term leasing is required.

• The first month of rent is pro-rated to the 1st day of the month (based on a fixed 30-day cycle).     

• All rent is due on the 1st of the month. A 9-day grace period is allowed before late fees apply on the 10th.

BILLING and PAYMENT:

• We only do paperless EMAIL billing.

• Invoices are emailed on the 15th - 2 weeks before the due date,

• Overdue reminders are emailed on the 5th.

• Emailed invoices are payable through the emailed link to the Intuit Merchant Services Secure Website. 

• The online payment options are Credit card, Debit card or ACH check.  

• We accept mailed checks/money orders.  The mailing address is at the top of this webpage.

AUTO-PAY OPTION:                           

• We offer an Auto-Pay program, processed through the Intuit Merchant Services Secure Website.

• The Auto-Pay feature requires an Authorization form, please inquire. 

• Auto-Pay transactions are processed monthly by Intuit Merchant Services. 

• Your card information is stored ONLY by Quickbook's highly encrypted Intuit Merchant Services. It is never stored locally.

• NOTE: Customers using Auto-pay will NOT receive invoices, rather will receive an emailed monthly statement.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS:​

• Deposits are refunded ONLY with a 14-day NOTICE PRIOR TO VACATING. No exceptions.

• The unit must be completely empty and swept out.

• Call the office or send an email to notify us the final date of vacating. We will then inspect before refunds are given.
